Meet Renee

Renee is a multidisciplinary artist who seamlessly bridges the worlds of dance, wellness, and digital innovation as a dancer, yoga and meditation instructor, and founder of The Movement Library on-demand platform. As a freelance performer, Renee has collaborated with renowned choreographers and companies including Jacob Jonas The Company and has worked with brands such as Stella McCartney, Maje, Mulberry, Escada, and Tommy Hilfiger.

Renee studied at The London Contemporary Dance School and completed her 500 Hour Yoga Teacher Training in India. Today, she weaves her experience and continuous studies in dance, the yogic teachings, and different movement modalities. Renee guides classes, retreats, events, private sessions, and her online studio, The Movement Library. Creating a space where people can explore what moves them through breath, movement, stillness, and community. Whether it’s through online classes or in person, my focus is to always encourage people to bring their awareness down into the body, listen, explore, and discover the wisdom the body has. To drop any expectations and bring more intuition, adaptability, awareness in the way you move both on and off the mat.

Following her love for travel, Renee bases herself between London, Ibiza, and New Zealand. Renee creates wellness experiences and movement driven content for fashion, beauty, wellness, and lifestyle brands. Bringing a refined, grounded, and artistic perspective to every collaboration.
