Himalayan Flow

Class Description: 

Within the Himalayan Flow we practice, Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Meditation and Mantra. With a fun eclectic playlist starting with a 20 Minute seated Pranayama and Kriya set we then work our way in to a Sattva Flow. Full of movement to expand and ground ourselves. After this ending with a Meditation.

Himalayan Flow can also be Yin based. Stretching the body and turning inward.

One on One Sessions

These session are specifically designed for your needs.

Individual sessions will include, Breath work techniques, Kriya Work Techniques, and Meditation.
