Within the Himalayan Flow we practice, Asana, Pranayama, Kriya, Meditation and Mantra. With a fun eclectic playlist starting with a 20 Minute seated Pranayama and Kriya set we then work our way in to a Sattva Flow. Full of movement to expand and ground ourselves. After this ending with a Meditation.
Himalayan Flow can also be Yin based. Stretching the body and turning inward.
